The user undertakes not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, transform, or modify the Content unless authorised by the holder of the corresponding rights or with prior authorisation from MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L., marca comercial SPRING HOTELS GROUP.

MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. likewise owns all rights over any works, inventions, discoveries, patents, ideas, concepts, updates, and improvements related to the digital services, their systems, applications, and programs, or the services provided by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L., that are created, carried out, developed, or implemented for the first time by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L., whether alone or with the assistance of users, in the course of or as a result of any design, development, or any other task performed under the Contract.

The user may not use the name or the brands, symbols, logos, or distinguishing marks owned by MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L., marca comercial SPRING HOTELS GROUP without the express written authorisation of MARE NOSTRUM RESORT, S.L. or BAUCIS PROJECTS S.L., marca comercial SPRING HOTELS GROUP.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Rules of Use contained in this Legal Notice are governed by Spanish law. Both the Hotel and the users agree that any discrepancy that may arise regarding the interpretation, compliance, and/or execution of the services provided by the hotel shall be expressly submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid at the time of the stay.
The applicable IGIC will be the tax in force in Spain at the time the stay or the service is paid for.
Exclusive rate for individuals. Not commissionable to third parties.
Notice: The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the stay in advance during periods of high demand to ensure availability. Before charging, the bookings team will contact the customer to confirm payment details.
Drinks are not included in half board and full board.

Free cancellation if made before 3:00 p.m. (hotel local time) on the day before arrival. *If you cancel after this deadline or do not show up at the hotel on the day of arrival, the first night will be charged.

This reservation only allows extra services to be added. Extra services added after completing the reservation, in the booking modification section of the website, will be paid directly at the hotel.
